"Since I've done Krista's class for 2 sessions at the
beginning of the year, two years in a row I can safely
say that by Christmas each year my body has become
somewhat of a repetitive disaster zone. Changing and
throwing in variations to your exercise routine IS so
important and once the holidays are over and I've
exhausted my other cardio routines to the point my body
is used to them = its time to sign up for some
kickboxing. Krista is constantly changing things up and
forcing different large and small muscle groups to do

"For the last 2 1/2 years my focus has been to be
in shape and make better lifestyle choices so at the
young age of 51 (ha ha) I think I am stronger and more
in shape then in my teens..It takes dedication and focus
to accomplish this goal..As you know I do both weight
training at Train with Jane and since last September
joined your studio for a change in my cardio
routine...WOW....I just love the enthusiasm and energy
you both bring the class. It's fun and you get results
as well. Total weight loss is about 20 pounds overall
..proper eating not dieting just making the right
choices more fibre, less sugar, cut the salt, fruits,
vegetables and mostly no process anything. We eat at
home more now so I know what goes into my food it is now
my way of eating I never call it a diet. All about
portion control and choices...you make the choices no
one else does. As for the results of your classes I can
honestly say I have toned my ab area and gained lots of
strength in my legs. I love how you mix up the classes
for variety so we never get bored and in addition to the
great tunes that are played while we are smiling and
sweating! I love the energy that I get from your class
a great alternative to the boring treadmill and actually
better results. A special thanks to you both for
offering new morning classes as you are always thinking
about way to better your business...it allows me to get
all my weight-training and cardio done in the morning so
during the day I am burning more calories and being a
